What we offer

Tanya understands the unique challenges you face in today’s fast-paced business landscape. She offers a customized suite of packaged services including the Start-Up Package, Moderate and Ultimate Packages. No matter the complexity of the tasks required, she is here to streamline your operations, enhance efficiency and optimize your productivity.

(5 Hours per week)

Start-Up Package

We’ll help you schedule appointments with your clients, prospects, or partners, and send reminders as needed.

We’ll help you manage your calendar and keep track of your meetings, events, and deadlines.

We’ll help you handle your incoming emails and respond to requests or inquiries from your clients or prospects.

We’ll help you follow up with your clients after their appointments and ensure their satisfaction.

We’ll help you organize your files and documents in a logical and accessible way, using cloud storage or other tools as needed.

(35-40 Hours per week)

Ultimate Package

We’ll help you with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or bank reconciliation.

We’ll help you create and edit documents such as reports, presentations, proposals, or contracts. We can also manipulate documents such as rotating, reordering, splitting, de-skewing, sealing and reducing them as needed.
